Judgement Day!

Judgement!

The doorway to which is death, cometh for all. Be assured, it’s coming for us.

Irrespective of what a person believes about Christ, His shed blood has purchased everyone (Baptist, Buddhist, Agnostic, Atheist, Christian, Jew, Muslim, Etc.) a bodily resurrection from the dead unto judgment. Christ overcame death – And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. – Luk 3:6 All are raised but not all are saved from Judgement Day.

Those who reject the work of Christ, His shed blood as their covering for their sin, and their sin being the injustices and offensives they have given, as well as the covering for the sin of others, those injustices and offenses they have received, shall be judged by their works. It is this judging of man’s works which scripture defines as Judgement Day.

Those who by faith trust the work of Christ, are judged for their works (Christ living in them), not by their works (works apart from Christ) . The work of Christ is worthy of eternal life, thereby accepting His perfect work on their behalf, they escape Judgement Day!

It is far better to be judged by the perfect work of Christ then to be judged by your works. For the works of humanity fall short of perfection and are not worthy of eternal life, leading individuals to experience a second death…And a certain ruler asked him (Jesus), saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life (escaping the second death)? – Luk 18:18

…Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich. Luk 18:22 – 23

Do not go away sorrowful. Do not trust your works, trust the work of Christ and inherit eternal life.

About SoundEndurance

I am a follower of The Way, holding to the doctrine of Jesus Christ the first born from among the dead, who lives and reigns forever more. Scripture is the basis of my beliefs which testify of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and confirmed in me by His Holy Spirit. The gift of eternal life is inclusive. Jesus shed his blood for all, He has purchased for each of us a resurrection from the dead unto judgment. His shed blood is our justice which satisfies our holy Creator blotting out our sins, making it possible for us to approach a holy, righteous God. In our approach to Him, we repent of our sin, we yield ourselves to His will, wanting to take on His very divine nature, desiring to be made new in His image and likeness thereby doing away with sin. It is through this faith in Him that we become children of God having received His Holy Spirit which does his commandments thereby entering eternal life and escaping the damnation of hell, the lake of fire to come. May we be blessed in the knowledge of Him. Kenneth S. Muratore Jr
