For Such A Time: HB 283: Alimony

Work. Pay your bills. End the robbery. End the extortion.

Let’s go Florida! Else California take the lead. A real gold rush too! Legislation whose time has come. Find a just way Florida. No one left behind. Not a man, not a woman, not a child. One household, one voice, one vote!

Construction. Deconstruction. Reconstruction.

Tear down the injustice! Alimimony is but the tip of this iceberg. Laws constructed on injustice must be deconstructed and reconstructed with liberty and justice for all! Take new ground for liberty! A more perfect union.

The longer the delay. The more to be paid. Eminent domain? Reparations!

If you have children and have the benefit of your children livinging under your roof… Bear the burden of having them.

How many spouses does it take to support a household? Two and a half. A spouse and a concubine. A half-spouse shall some be?

Home of the brave? Land of the free?

This nation is robbing parents of their blood property! Parents who have committed no crime, nor violated their contract with their spouse. What was the agreement, but a we-agreement. A oneness in union. Till death do us part. It was as a civil union. It was a civil death. That is marriage. That is divorce.

End the robbery Florida!

No one is taking children from a spouse who departs their union. Neither the spouse from whom one departed, nor the legislators, nor the judiciary, nor the executors. Are they? The departing spouse left. Therefore, the union they once had is dead. Civil death. It is finished. What is finished? The right to be in oneness with the other.

CIVIL RIGHTS

While difficult to state in our culture due to lack of knowledge by many in these matters. The fact is, much of this is just not taught in the norm. However, We The People still get it. Having a union with another person is a civil right founded upon the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. One man and one woman in marriage. This civil right is an unalienable right. You want union, oneness? Get married i.e. civil union. Divorce ends that civil union, therefor ending the right and duty of the two who were joined together. After this dissolution, each still has their unalienable right, being no longer bound to the other. If they want to excercise that right, thus being recognised within the civil society. Let them marry again.

Not sure our unalienable rights must need undergird our civil rights? A man enters a woman’s garden and plants his seed. Both of their own free-will. This woman brings forth fruit from her womb. Whose child? Need a DNA test? These two individuals go to court. The judge has the proof i.e. DNA test results. But what does the judge really have? Proof, that in a moment of time this woman allowed that man to enter in. As for facts, this judge has them. This woman has been running an inn. She is an innkeeper. That man happened to stay the night. It is evident this woman covered that man. But what of their agreement? Where is the contract! Where is the proof!

Think we don’t need justice in civil law? This innkeeper moves. Taking that man’s child with her. That man searches her out only to find out she married another. This man goes to court. He declares that is my woman and that is my child! We had an agreement. The judge demands, show me your proof. Show me your contract! That man went away from that courtroom sad. He had no proof. The innkeeper demands from the judge that man pay rent for upkeep. The judge asks, show me thy proof. Show me the contact! That woman went away sad for she had none.

Relating to the community, or to the policy and government of the citizens and subjects of a state; as in the phrases, civil rights, civil government, civil privileges, civil war, civil justice. It is opposed to criminal; as a civil suit, a suit between citizens alone; whereas a criminal process is between the state and a citizen. MARRIAGE

It’s worth taking the time to review a few definitions which set forth marriage, “matrimonial connection” and divorce, which underpin our God given rights. I trust as we consider these truths in light of the whole. Both marriage and divorce will be self-evident.

“Marriage – Noah Webster 1828

MAR’RIAGE, n. [L.mas, maris.] The act of uniting a man and woman for life; wedlock; the legal union of a man and woman for life. Marriage is a contract both civil and religious, by which the parties engage to live together in mutual affection and fidelity, till death shall separate them. Marriage was instituted by God himself for the purpose of preventing the promiscuous intercourse of the sexes, for promoting domestic felicity, and for securing the maintenance and education of children.

Marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled. But whoremongers and adulteres God will judge. Heb 13″

Does marriage and divorce end confusion, promote the general welfare and provide for the care of families? “Marriage was instituted by God himself for the purpose of preventing the promiscuous intercourse of the sexes”

PROMISCUOUS

PROMIS’CUOUS, a. [L.promiscuus; pro and misceo, to mix.]

1. Mingled; consisting of individuals united in a body or mass without order; confused; undistinguished; as a promiscuous crowd or mass.

A wild where weeds and flow’rs promiscuous shoot.

2. Common; indiscriminate; not restricted to an individual; as promiscuous love or intercourse.”

Is promiscuous love or intercourse confusing? Hey! That’s my man/woman says the spurned lover. To which the one caught in the arms of anothers lover replies, how was I to know? To the faithless lover the question is raised, I thought we were together and the statement made, you cheater. Yet, you were never given to one nor taken by one. Where is your proof, your contract? How then can one cheat, or one know, if they are cheating, if they are not married or given in marriage? If you are not in marriage you’re available to be married. Do you own your car or are you renting? Show the officer of the law your registration and proof of insurance. Do you own your home or do you rent? The tax man wants to know.

DIVORCE

” Noah Webster 1828

1. A legal dissolution of the bonds of matrimony, or the separation of husband and wife by a judicial sentence. This is properly called a divorce, and called technically, divorce a vinculo matrimonii.

2. The separation of a married woman from the bed and board of her husband, a mensa et thoro.”

Divorce ends the duties of bed and board.

4. To furnish with food, or food and lodging, for a compensation; as, a man boards ten students.”

Marriage serves the purpose of caring for the whole man, mankind, the whole family. Again, to quote Noah Webster 1828 “Marriage was instituted by God himself for the purpose of preventing the promiscuous intercourse of the sexes, for promoting domestic felicity, and for securing the maintenance and education of children.” This is how we maintain each other. In families. Compensation occures within the family. That is just!

COMPENSATION

“Noah Webster 1828

1. That which is given or received as an equivalent for services, debt, want, loss, or suffering; amends; remuneration; recompense.

All other debts may compensation find.

The pleasures of life are no compensation for the loss of divine favor and protection.

2. In law, a set-off; the payment of a debt by a credit of equal amount.”

Friends, if just compensation for a days labor is a days wages. If those wages be just. They afford those who labor the means of sustaining theirself and their family, lawfully within our land. Therefore, a spouse who works at home is lawfully compensated while in that home. Are they hungry? In need of clothes? Having those common conveniences? Then they are being maintained!

MAINTENANCE

“MA’INTENANCE, n. Sustenance; sustentation; support by means of supplies of food, clothing and other conveniences; as, his labor contributed little to the maintenance of his family.”

Contributed little to the maintenance of his family… Under a two income doctrine… No longer a breadwinner doctrine?

“The United States Supreme Court held that the “old notion” that “generally it is the man’s primary responsibility to provide a home and its essentials” can no longer justify a statute that discriminates on the basis of gender. No longer is the female destined solely for the home and the rearing of the family, and only the male for the marketplace and the world of ideas. Stanton v. Stanton, 421 US 7, 10; 95 S Ct 1373, 1376, (1975).”

Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates. Pro 31:31 So it shall be under the doctrine of One Household, One Vote.

When a wife manages the duties of her household and works outside the home. She is compensated firstly within that home. That extra income she earns with her own hands outside the home. Give it to her. But to rob the breadwinner of their income by diluting the labor pool and increasing the costs of managing the home (daycare, taxes, transportation) has inevitably led two a dual income society.

A soldier arrives home from war having defended his country. Enters his workplace only to find at the end of the week his pay reduced. This soldier asks his employer, sir, where is my pay, why is it reduced? I was earning $30hr but now I see it is but $15. Where has the other $15hr gone? The employeer replies, look younder. See that lovely women there. Well, yes sir I do, the man replies. That is my wife! There you go soldier. She has a portion of your pay because she is performing a portion of the work. Huh!

That soldier, that evening inquires of his wife. What have you done my sweet, smart, beautiful homemaker? Oh sweetie she replies. I’m helping! I’m helping you, helping us! Hmm, the man thinks then replies. How much are you making my sweet lover? $10hr! she replies. To which the man says, my wonderful helpmate where are our beautiful children while you are working? In daycare sweetie! She replies. Free daycare my love? The man asks. Of course not my big strong man. The woman replies. Honey? The man asks. How are you getting around these days? Oh my brawny lover. She says. I got me some sweet wheels! A free car! The man exclaims. Oh my co-equal. Don’t be simple minded. I’m paying for it with mine own money! What about dinner my cupcake? The man asks. It’s in the freezer dear, it’s hungry-man! The woman explains as she asks the man if he on his way home would pick up the kids. Don’t forget she reminds him. When you get home put the clothes in the washer and nuke us something to eat too! Don’t forget the bottle is in the fridge and I’m working late tonight. Maybe we’ll get together sometime. Kisses!

MARRIAGE-ARTICLES

Contract or agreement on which a marriage is founded.”

Prenup/Postnup agreements. These Marriage-Articles. I get it. So do many of our officials, those ministers of God who are charged with dispersing justice and preserving liberty. These pre/post nups are but car loans, credit cards, mortgages, etc. It’s called contract law. You marry, you then enter into another contract i.e. mortgage with your spouse. That is a postnup. Prior to your marriage you purchased a car on your own. That is a prenup. That’s not all there is or can be, but that about sums up the essense of it. This pre/post nup can be contracted between a man and a women before, during, or at the ending of their marriage. I mention this to acknowledge the division of maritial assets. Which is part of administering justice.

What about our children? Exactly! They too will grow up, becoming adults under this injustice unless We The People declare our unalienable rights seeking justice and liberating those who are bound.

PAYING YOUR OWN BILLS

How is a single adult to pay their own bills? How is a single parent to pay for their own household? Who created the two income household? Who ended the breadwinner doctrine? Who said a woman could not be head of her own household and support her own family. Who said a woman could not vote herself into a household i.e. marriage or vote herself out i.e. divorce. But no person has the right to deprive, nor rob, nor extort another. Nor is there any right given to deprive one of personal property without due process of law and no personal property shall be taken from a person without compensation given unless found guilty of a crime. To do so is not only a violation of the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. It is a violation of the U.S. Constitution. Therefore shared custody is robbery. Alimony is extortion. Child extortion is a crime.

Is divorce a crime?

Is adultery a crime?

Friends… a house divided cannot stand.

One household. One vote. End the division.

I pray all of us prosper as our souls prosper in the LORD. Only Jesus Christ gives life and life ever after. Maybe you don’t believe Jesus Christ is the resurrection and the life. Maybe you don’t believe Jesus died for the sins of the whole world including your sins and mine and all. Well friends, I do and can’t make you. But we can and we must restore justice for all so that we have the blessings of liberty to pass on to our posterity.

Therefore, allow the unbeliver in their marriage to depart, when and if they depart. Only then is one truly, no longer bound.

We sit here and say… An ex-spouse ought to pay. How so, when we currently live under a two income household doctrine?  Others say… one spouse worked at home? That may be true. If they worked in the home they were compensated by that work in the home. If they worked out of the home. Let them be compensated by that work out of the home.

We have before us an oppertunity to take new ground for liberty. A moment in our history to set the souls of our feet upon new legislative land, grounded in justice. We must allow households to earn enough to live lawfully within our land. Whether that household be headed by a man or a woman.

In this light, each person may choose whom they will marry, even marrying again. If, even rather, they marry again.  If they choose not to marry, let them bear the heat of the day, alone. We all know it takes two to have a family. It’s common sense. We all have our giftings. If you’ve been married once, your gifting is known. Trust in God. Do justice. Let liberty reign.
