Well, the billboard in the pic does not name names…and if one puts a quarter into a gumball machine who owns the gum. This guy is standing up for fathers rights….does giving seed make one a father; does receiving seed make one a mother. What it does do, is provide the giver and receiver of seed the right of first refusal, not unto destruction, but to parenthood.
Children, born or unborn, are more than property, but make no mistake, they are property. Our Constitution protects our personal property rights. If your property is taken for the good of the ALL i.e. (best interest, public use), by due process of law (divorce laws, abortion laws), whether just or unjust, then the owner of that property must be fairly compensated.
The guy has a legitimate point and I for one am baffled we have allowed extortion in the guise of “child support” and our abortion laws to go unchallenged as an infringement upon our personal property rights. Why there has not been a class action law suit (not to my knowledge at least) to collect the millions, dare I say billions of dollars extorted from individuals by discarding their personal property rights and trampling upon their personal liberties is beyond me.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
It’s time we allow Wisdom to reign again…
“If some men are fighting and hurt a pregnant woman so that she loses her child, but she is not injured in any other way, the one who hurt her is to be fined whatever amount the woman’s husband demands, subject to the approval of the judges. Whoever sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man. – Gen 9:6
We see, an accidental abortion caused by another demands payment while an abortion caused with the intent to harm demands life for life. The idea of life for life showing the unborn to be children is coroberated by Gen 9:6.
